2022 HEBREW ACADEMY CROSS COUNTRY HOME MEET #2
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Event Date: Thursday October 6th, 2022
Bus Drop Off: Drop off students under the bridge on Collins Avenue on the east (ocean) side of the street in front of the Ritz Carlton. Use 10295 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, FL 33154 as address for navigation.
Spectator Parking: The closest parking is directly under the bridge, there are 3 lots with limited spaces.
*Buses must drop off the students at start line and then park at the Haulover Beach Parking lots directly over the bridge to the north 1/2 mile.
Course: 5 kilometer (3.1 miles)
Meet Schedule
Course Setup: 2:45 - 3:45 pm
Buses Arrive: 3:00pm
Coaches Meeting: 3:45pm
Girls Varsity Race Start: 4pm
Boys Varsity Race Start: 4:45pm
Awards Ceremony: 5:30pm
Course & Start/Finish Line Services: We will have water and Gatorade at the finish line only and water at the course turn-around at 102 St. After the race, we will also provide results at a short Awards Ceremony at the finish line. There will also be2 portable bathrooms (men and women's) positioned near the Start/Finish Line for participants to use.
Fees: There are no fees to participate in this event. It is sponsored and hosted by the Hebrew Academy Athletics Program. It is not open to the public however, it is only for the teams of the schools who attend. Parking for the parents and friends will be according to the metered parking.
